The Helix Bridge is the newly-opened pedestrian bridge in Singapore linking part of Marina Bay near the floating platform to the newly opened Marina Bay Sands integrated resort.
Inspired by DNA, it’s made up of 2 spiraling helixes made of stainless steel tubes which, if laid end to end, will measure 2,250 meters long, and the entire structure weighs about 1,700 tons.
