I was going through my Twitter feed on my iPhone today morning when I came across a tweet from National Geographic (@natgeo) featuring a collection of reader-submitted Supermoon photos. As I had also submitted a few of mine to them as part of their #supermoon weekend hashtag assignment, I clicked through to see if by any chance mine might make it there.Lo and behold, I saw it right there as the first photo of that collection. I couldn’t be happier! Here it is, along with other excellent photos of the Supermoon taken by other readers.
Earlier on, I was equally happy that Flickr has also picked up another Supermoon shot of mine on their blog post, again, as the first photo. My Flickr views went up to over 7,600 views overnight.
These two features made my week and I couldn’t be happier.
